Professional Pool Cleaning Services in Sierra Madre

What a pleasure to find old school custom service from a pool and spa company. Richard responded quickly to phone msgs and is incredible at keeping up with you so you don't need to wonder what's up. He arrived, took a look at my spa, fixed it in a minute and then said, "No charge."…

Fantastic service. We had a minor emergency with our spa and they were right back to me, came out took a look, ordered the part, returned and fixed the problem. Nice guys, responsive via texting which helped save our time and schedule. Great price too.

We had a terrible pool man who screwed up the filter to get us to pay for a new one. Then we switched over to Aqua Masters and they fixed everything at a reasonable price and kept it in solid condition. We can swim at all times. Solid choice for a pool guy.

Very happy with my service. Richard fixed water ph, cleaned my hot tub and answered all of my questions. Great service and very reasonable pricing. This is the only company I will be using for my spa!!

Richard is great! He fixed and cleaned my filthy filthy old hot tub recently, he did a wonderful job. He is very helpful and always on time. After he cleaned the tub, he was also kind enough to give me some recommendations on how I can keep it clean myself. He even emailed me a…

Been using their service for the past year. Extremely happy...they are always on time and do a very clean job.

After two years of being unable to communicate with our pool guy- we had to say goodbye. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Aqua Masters. Rich arrived, immediately determined that our salt system had been broken for a year;the filter had been broken for at least six months and that our pool guy had been…

Richard is the best!! He brought our hot tub back to life with a cleaning! He is super friendly and informational. The monthly service he offers is such a great deal. We will be setting that up from here on out:) thanks Richard!

Richard and his team have been servicing our pool for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about his work ethic. He took over my pool when our previous guy left us high and dry without warning. He came out, gave us a quote, and was able to get…

Richard has been taking care of our pool for about a year now. He has done an excellent job and I highly recommend him and his company. When we bought our house, our pool was a green neglected swamp, full of mosquito larvae and huge palm fronds. The pool filter was not also not working.…

Had to leave a review for this company. Aqua Masters has been taking care of my salt water pool for over a year now. They have gone beyond the call of duty over and over again. I got great advice when it came time to acid wash my plaster., and the list goes on! They…

Aqua Masters Pool and Spa is wonderful. They know exactly how to treat your pool. My pool had algae and tile missing and now it's completely gone and the tile is covered . Thanks Aqua Masters !

My family has lived in our Burbank home for 10 years and we are on our 4th pool service company--and we are very patient, forgiving people. The first 3 service companies were extremely unreliable and often MIA. Our pool turned green with algae with the last company. We finally had enough! We turned to YELP…

We had a filter pipe come loose, so I called the top Yelp result. Richard showed up in 20 minutes to check it out, and had it fixed later that day. Very knowledgeable, great service!

Blew my expectations out of the water. In my case I had the problem of fixing up an old spa which I was not even sure would work. It was filthy and needed many cracks in the tub patched. This company provided me a level of service that blew me away. They didn't shy away…

Called rich to clean our pool. He showed oh right on time and has done a great job cleaning our pool weekly. Always answers the phone when I have a question and comes to install equipment with a great price quote! We love this company!

Awesome experience with Richard. Was quick to handle my concerns and even came out the next day personally to make sure the complex system was online for a party over the weekend. Would recommend their services for anyone looking for comprehensive pool care and service!

Great group of guys! Fixed our outdoor fountain for a great price and put in a lot of extra time to make sure the job was done right. Clients for life.

Contacted Aqua Masters to help my employer find a new pool service. They were incredibly speedy in their responses and their employees have been nothing but courteous and professional when I have spoken to them. They took the time to answer my questions and set up an estimate appointment right away. My employer and I…

I've been using Aquamasters since 2015. Richard is always quick to get back to me when I reach out and I appreciate how hard they've worked on fixing some issues with my pool. My weekly pool tech, Gary, is great and is always quick to keep me posted on how my pool is doing. I…

I had a great experience working with Aquamasters. I contacted them initially about a pool light I thought needed replacing. They came right out to take a look. Turns out that the GFI just needed resetting. Because it was a simple fix, they credited the service fee towards an equipment upgrade of my pool pump…

Hands down best services around. I've been using them for the past 6 months, and have not had any regret for the last 6 months at all. Richard who I believe is one of the owners always comes and takes a look at my pool when it's all finished being cleaned to do a quality…

We were searching for a new pool service and were so pleased to find Richard and his company recommended on our local neighborhood site. He is extraordinary and we recommend him wholeheartedly. Our pool and jacuzzi have never looked better. Both are sparkling and no longer have the issues we had with past servicers. Richard…

Richard at Aqua Masters was referred to us by family friends and we are so pleased with his work and professionalism. We were interested in getting our pool pump replaced with short notice (in order to qualify for the LADWP rebate) and he was incredibly flexible and helpful. He was very informative about the entire…

Richard and his whole operation is as good as it gets. Punctual, professional and personally tailored to the customer. Time from assessment of my faulty pool heater, estimate and completion of work was very fast. Workmanship is top notch. Deal with confidence!

These guys are the best! I highly recommend them for your pool / hot tub needs. Plus, January in LA is a bit chilly and who doesn't like a heated pool?? Check out Aqua Master!

Richard replaced our pool pump and handled the LADWP rebate paperwork. Super professional and speedy. Highly recommended!

We used this company to replace a pool pump last year on an older pool in our new house. I didn't yelp much then, but just recommended them to one of my neighbors who mentioned how quickly they were able to help her clean old calcium deposits. Will use them again when needed.

This company is lovely. Run by people who know "what's up". It's actually super easy to screw up pool chemistry! Not an incredibly difficult field, but you really do need to know what you're doing. THEY DO. I knew i was over paying for low quality with my last few guys. My neighbor recommended Richard…

Excellent service, prompt response, Richard was amazing! I will definitely use Aqua Masters for al of my properties. The online invoices are very convenient.

Professional and so attentive to client needs. Aquamasters has kept our pool looking beautiful for years and is willing to go the extra mile to keep clients happy!

Our pool had recently been refurbished, however the contractor left and when the filter shut off the spa emptied into the pool, multiple attempts were made to solve but a month later, it was not solved. Frustrated and desperate, we found Richard and Aqua Masters, one email on a Sunday, scheduled a visit on Monday…

I don't have anything bad to say about Aqua Masters! About a year ago they took my pool which literally looked like a swamp and revamped it for a very fair price. Every week since then our pool has been clean and ready for swimming. I have two German shepherds who like to make a…

My pool pump died just as the weather got really hot and I wanted to start swimming. Rich had his team come over within a couple of days to put in a new one. Then they discovered that my previous pump had been installed incorrectly. The whole team is smart and do not compromise. Rich…

Our pool pump broke and we needed to get it fixed quickly. My husband and I called around to 4 other companies to get their input on what type of pump we should install and how much it would cost. I found Aqua Masters on Yelp and decided to call them. Customer service was great…

After months of trying to find someone to drain a pool on a land with no power, I finally found Aquamasters. Richard gave me a great price and was able to bring a generator and drained a large pool within about 8 hours. Amazing work and fast turnaround. Thank you!

Yet another 5 star review for me to write! first off they had such a quick response time! The jet setter in my jacuzzi stopped working recently and with all this cold weather I needed my jacuzzi fixed ASAP. They were able to come the next day! Quote and all! I had a few other…

Richard and I go way back when it comes to doing business .. I've sent referrals to Aqua master and I always receive positive feedback . Trusting the company your dealing with is my main priority .. I can vouch for these guys anytime .. get your quote from them and be your own judge…

My pool heater broke and Aqua Masters fixed in a timely and affordable manner. I forget the older gentleman's name who did the work on site but he was lovely.

This is the best pool service team! We bought a house in Burbank and became first time owners of a pool! First few months we used some of the neighbors pool services which were ok but there kept being problems or issues that seemed to linger and not get resolved. We were referred to Aqua…

We have been with Aqua Masters for many years now. We have been very pleased with their service and quick response to any specific needs we had. We recommend them and to our friends and family. They keep our pool looking good all year round.

We have been extremely happy with Richie & Aqua masters for the past few years. We wanted to support this young entrepreneur as he embarked on his career path. I have found Richie to be eager to please, reliable, and very up to date on the newest pool management methods. We can text him and…

I was officially customer number two and I had just gotten beaten from the number one spot by a few hours. Richie was amazing then and is still amazing today. You already know when you're talking to a trusted source. Your gut won't be telling you anything else but to hand your pool off to…

I had the opportunity to Check out Aqua Masters Pool and spa. They gave me the best service and it was a very quick turn around. It made many of the surrounding services look fairly Poor. It was relaxing and a super friendly environment. Only making some of the best of my Spa days. I…

Three months ago, my husband and I purchased our first home with a pool. The pool needed a lot of work to say the least. I contacted several pool service companies in the area and was given the run around. I finally called Aqua Masters and spoke to Richard. I was sold immediately by the…

I'm so glad my neighbor recommended Aqua Masters to us! We moved into our new home and the pool started to turn green after we ignored it during the winter months. (Our bad!) Aqua Masters had our pool quickly ready just in time for summer. They are reliable & friendly, which is really important to…

Highly recommend Aqua Masters. They were able to figure out and remedy a situation in which another pool repair company sold us a unit that didn't work with our control panel. Richard was easy to work with, honest and supported us throughout the whole process. He's extremely knowledgeable and most companies didn't even respond to…

My pool filter was 25 years old and barely worked. So I decided to install a new one. Finding someone to install it was another story. Some guy gave me a quote based on 400,000 BTU without even asking the size of the pool or the size of the gas line going to the heater.…

I have been using this company's services since I bought my home in 2016 and have been incredibly pleased. They are very responsive to texts/emails, and care about the work they do. Thanks for making my pool sparkly and always keeping it that way!

Great experience with Aqua Masters. Bought our home during holidays and needed a pool equipment check. They were quick and thorough providing a written review and offer for future pool service. They even followed up a few weeks later to see if escrow was closed and if we needed anything. Because of their help and…

As a local real estate agent, I need to have an extensive use list of vendors that I use and or recommend to my clients. When taking a listing, Aqua Masters is who I recommend for pool service. When selling your home a sparkling pool is a big help. Thank you for another job well…

We have had Richard help us with a couple of pool problems. He is knowledgeable and responsive!

I'm a new hot tub owner and, after one of my jets stopped working (and after trying to fix it myself) I sent out for several quotes to repair it. Aqua Masters was the most responsive, clear and available, so I scheduled the visit. Richard himself came out earlier than anticipated. When he found it…

Love aqua masters they do an amazing job for our salt water pool. We had an algae overgrowth and they fixed it after we were working with another company. Organized & professional! Same day response very available! Love them and will always keep using them. Thanks guys

I just had Aqua Masters come clean off 16 years worth calcium deposits on my pool tile. I asked for estimate from a bunch of service providers in the area. They were the first to get back to me and offered the best price. They were able to schedule the cleaning around my schedule. They…

Great experience! Professional, knowledgeable, no nonsense and straight to the point. Our tech, Demetrius (sorry for any misspelling), was considerate and informative. NO UP SALES WHATSOEVER. Everything was left in working order and in clean condition. Highly recommend this company and crew. Will definitely be calling them again.

I have called just about every spa service in Los Angeles, and Aqua Masters are by far the most professional, responsible and responsive folks out there. They were patient with my questions as my tub is a cedar wood tub and very delicate. Together, we came up with a plan and they solved my problems…

Love this place amazing service, personal relationship and Richie and his team go the extra mile. This is one of the best pool service i have used so refreshing.

Rich installed a heater for me last week. There was a manufacturer defect on the hardware which caused an issue. Must say I will be contacting them again. I was really pleased with the job that was done to my pool will definitely be recommending this company.

Detailed, specific, and honest and received amazing customer service from Richard. You can depend on Aqua Masters to go the extra mile for your pool service needs!

My wife and I had called Aqua Masters when our pool water levels were unsafely out of balance. We had excessive scaling due to calcium and copper buildup on the walls. My auto filler had been improperly installed. Aqua Masters came out and fixed everything. It has been nearly a year in our pool had…

Once I submitted a request, I was contacted within one minute! Spoke directly with the owner which is always great! Within 90 minutes a rep from the company was out and my problem was solved. Rare to find this quality of service these days in any business. Highly recommended! Could not have been any better…

Loved their work. I have asked them to replace the pool filter and recently to take a look at our heater. They were great, very responsive and on time. Professional appearance and did great work. Thank you Richard for a job well done and kudos to your team at Aqua Masters.

Chris Singleton services our pool. Chris is professional, courteous and aways does a great job. I rate Chris 5 stars. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Richard and Aquamasters were incredibly responsive and provided same-day service addressing my pool needs. Having tried a couple of other companies, Aquamasters puts the customer first. They are looking to take care of their customers and it really shows in the details from their response time to their honesty and integrity. I'll be calling them…

I have been a customer for years and I am so impressed by the owner, Richard, and his employees. It is when my pool has a challenge that I have been the most pleased! The owner came over, by himself, on July 4, to personally fix my pool so I could have my family over…

I have been with Aqua Masters for a number of years and I have to say that overall I like them. I have had quite a few people work their magic on my pool, which is old and needs work, but Hovig has been killing it and keeping it fresh and clean. He is my…

As I've always said, yelp never fails me. I was in need of a heater to be installed ASAP for my kids swim lessons starting. The response time of this business was amazing. I requested a quote at about 4pm on a Monday. I got the quote emailed to me about an hour later and…

Richard and his team were outstanding. Dimitros, the technician, was AMAZING and took great care of everything with a seamless installation, couldn't ask for better service, highly recommend Aqua Masters!

I had a great experience with Aqua Masters. A valve broke on my pool that required a competent repair quick. Aqua Masters was quick to respond on Yelp. Gave a fair quote based on a photograph I texted. And the work was completed in about 48 hours. Super easy to deal with. Fair pricing. Work…

Our heater was not working along with other pool issues. My pool service team was no help. I've reached out to a few places on Yelp. Richard was the first to respond. He was very thorough, based on the pictures i've sent him he was able to estimate what parts i might need and had…

Heater was broken. First American Home Warranty (which is terrible, btw; save your money and don't buy it) sent over Provolt Services, who was terrible and charged me $75 and did NOTHING but convince First AM not to honor the warranty. I found Aqua Masters here on Yelp. Richard was great. He was responsive, he…

Had a recent scare where something became trapped in our pool line. As a result the filter was jammed and couldn't clean nor could our heater warm the pool. I must have called ten places last minute to have this fixed, as I was celebrating my birthday the very next day and the pool wasn't…

I've been getting service from Aqua Masters for a couple of months and I'm really pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism, and communication. Richard and his team are experts and they show a lot of care for your pool and they do great quality work. I had my pool filter upgraded by Aqua…

After a bad experience with another pool company, I found Aqua Masters. Our pool has never looked better, they were fine with my swimming golden retriever (sheds a lot), and the technicians are knowledgeable and spend a long time cleaning and servicing my pool. I could not be happier with their work and communication. They…

Very fast response and fair price. Gave us the option of the full fix or a more temporary solution which we appreciated.

Richard and Aquamasters helped me with a very tricky pool light situation and saved a lot of $$$ on costly replacement and repairs. I'm very grateful for their help. Very responsive and helpful.

Aqua Masters put in all of our new pool equipment and service our pool. They are always on time. When we need anything from an extra service to any parts or equipment replacement they come immediately. The service is incredible. I highly recommend them. We've used a few companies and they are far and away…

Aqua masters has been servicing my pool for years. They are always super reliable and reasonably priced. Richard and all the staff at aqua masters have always been really easy to work with, even responding to me outside business hours.

They came out and fixed a wonky pool light in the sweltering heat, dug in the dirt to find the electrical box and managed to get it done really fast. Not an easy job, thanks guys!

Five star service. Team does amazing work. I've worked with them for years. I accidently hit one star. I'd hire them again for any of my pool needs.

The owner is very hands on and is always available and gets back to me in a very timely manner. They are sincere and very nice and I would highly recommend them to everyone! And everybody speaks perfect English so no language barriers. They are super professional!

Super fast communication, came immediately for a quote and back the next day to clean our spa and educate us on how to use it. Billing was also super easy. Highly recommend!

This company has great service and they went out of their way to help me when I had a leak. I didn’t have the slightest idea how to fix the problem but they not only fixed it but explained to me how to prevent it from happening again. Seriously, I love these guys. I wouldn’t…

Aqua Master’s service is great! I am pleased with the cleaning of my pool every week. They also respond quickly to service calls requiring repair work. I would recommend them.

I have tried MANY places and Aquamasters have been the most professional, responsive by a mille. Rich (owner) was great about me asking a zillion questions and patient! I have a cedar wood tub that requires special care and he knew what to do. Such a sigh of relief knowing I can count on them.…

Great people. Knowledgeable, reliable and on top of their game. We’ve been through a couple of disappointing pool cleaner experiences over the last few years. But with Aqua Masters, I see a long positive relationship in our future.

They are the only call I will make for future repairs. I am new to hot tub ownership and, when a jet stopped working, I booked the most responsive and available tech—Aqua Masters. Richard showed up earlier than anticipated (amazing) and addressed a very simple problem—didn't even charge me for the visit. He even spent…

Aqua Masters is great! My pump broke right before we were going to have company over that expected to use the pool. I called this company in a frenzy trying to get help and they got me an appointment the same day. When they came and took a look at it for me they were…

Richard and his team of experienced pool techs have saved my bacon more than once by providing fast repair service for my pool and spa. Reasonably priced and straightforward "no bs" estimates. Good company!

My pool heater needs were assessed and an estimate for a new heating system was provided. All my question were answered and the work was scheduled within two days, which was completed in a very professional manner. Thank you!

Very responsive and fairly priced. They came quickly when my old pool pump stopped working. They made sure that the electrical wiring for my new pool pump was installed properly, even though it had been done incorrectly on the previous pump (of course by someone else). Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them…

I contacted Aqua Masters in a bit of a panic. My house was for sale and my existing pool service company just up and quit. I had an open house in two days and I needed the pool to look gorgeous. I contacted them on Thursday evening and left all my details. I asked them…

Richard is professional and attentive. He came out the same day I contacted them and had some one here to make the repair within 24 hours. The service tech was professional and cleaned up after himself so that it looked better after he left than when he got there! There was a mistake on the…
