Rich arrived, immediately determined that our salt system had been broken for a year;the filter had been broken for at least six months and that our pool guy had been dumping chemicals in the pool and walking away. He upgraded us to a variable speed pump( power bill has gone way down) and whipped out pool into shape within a few weeks.
