I have found Richie to be eager to please, reliable, and very up to date on the newest pool management methods. We can text him and we get a quick response. Using Yelp as a reference can be tricky. Sometimes businesses manipulate the reviews in favor of their service. I always like to see a mix of opinions to get a more balanced view. You will typically find a negative review in most postings. So take the good with the bad and decide for yourself. I would and I do recommend Aqua masters highly. I would suggest if you have concerns with them, have that discussion. Richie has AlwAys listened to any frustrations we might have andhad done his best to make corrections. We are very pleased with Aqua Masters.
