What a pleasure to find old school custom service from a pool and spa company. Richard responded quickly to phone msgs and is incredible at keeping up with you so you don’t need to wonder what’s up. He arrived, took a look at my spa, fixed it in a minute and then said, “No charge.” when I asked him the price. In this day and age, that is stellar!! If you’re looking for professionalism, competence and a great customer service experience, I recommend him unequivocally.
