My pool pump died just as the weather got really hot and I wanted to start swimming. Rich had his team come over within a couple of days to put in a new one. Then they discovered that my previous pump had been installed incorrectly. The whole team is smart and do not compromise. Rich ended up coming over himself to make sure that everything was rewired correctly. Later, he even came by at no extra charge when I called to say that my pool sweep was not working after I had disconnected it. He truly seems to enjoy what he does and is very knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. I will absolutely call them any time that I need anything for my pool.
