Heater was broken. First American Home Warranty (which is terrible, btw; save your money and don’t buy it) sent over Provolt Services, who was terrible and charged me $75 and did NOTHING but convince First AM not to honor the warranty.

I found Aqua Masters here on Yelp. Richard was great. He was responsive, he scheduled me quickly and his very capable tech showed up and within 30 mins diagnosed that my blower had malfunctioned (totally covered by my warranty who is still refusing to pay for it).

They ordered the part and the tech came back and fixed the heater in less than an hour.

I highly recommend!
